The line
How the line works
Walk-ins and booked clients share the floor. This is how we keep it fair.
- 01
Step 1: Sign the board
Write your name on the board by the door, in the order you arrive.
- 02
Step 2: Watch the board
It shows who is next and which chair is open. Waits vary, and the board is the only clock.
- 03
Step 3: Booked clients go at their time
If you booked, you are seen at your time and the line waits. Arrive a few minutes early.
- 04
Step 4: The line closes early
We stop adding names 30 minutes before we close, so everyone on the board gets a cut.
On the floor
Three chairs, two barbers, one board
The third chair is for the one who is next.
If you want a particular barber, tell the board when you sign in. Their wait is their chair's wait, and it can be shorter or longer than the other.
On a Saturday before graduation or a wedding the board fills early. Book if the time matters.
Good to know
One person waits with each client
