Questions, answered
Do I need an appointment?
No. Tuesday to Saturday you can walk in and sign the board. Book a time if you want a particular barber or the chairs held for a party.
How does the line work?
Clients are taken in the order they sign the board by the door. Booked clients are seen at their time. Waits vary, and the board shows who is next.
How long does a cut take?
A fade is 40 to 60 minutes, a lineup about 20, and a kids' cut about 30. Every service shows its time on the menu.
When should I come in before an event?
Two or three days before for the fade, and a lineup the day before. The occasions page lays out the timing for graduation, a wedding, homecoming and Sunday.
Can a party book the chairs?
Yes. A party of three or more books both barbers, back to back. Tell us the count and the cuts when you book.
Can you cut my hair?
Waves, coils, curls, twists and straight hair. Tell your barber how you wear it.
Can I book a specific barber?
Yes. Use the book button under a barber's name, or choose a barber on the booking page.
What if I am late or need to cancel?
Tell us at least 12 hours ahead to cancel or move your time. We hold your chair for 10 minutes after your time.
Do you cut kids' hair?
Yes, ages 12 and under, booked as a kid's cut. A parent stays in the shop.
How does tipping work?
Tips go to the barber who cut your hair, in cash or on the card machine.
